I got my No 9 pick as 20th pick in the draft.

Will some of those two wait for me at pick 52? Not so sure

For the 3rd round, I got the very last draftee on my list. I guess that the price of winning the title!

Not a bad draft for now. I may even keep the three of them.

We'll see when he caps on STR, but he will be at worst a back-up player.

Round 2: 19y - 39 SPE uncapped - 37 STR yellow cap - 35 TW - 46 INT - 3.5 XP
Again, the cap will determine if I keep him, but with a little bit of luck, he will play either CB or WR

Round 3: 20y - 42 SPE uncapped - 33 STR uncapped - 25 TW - 45 INT - 3.5 XP
Another gamble, with a very low TW, but if the caps are good, he should still become a great player at 26-27.

Welcome to season 45!

Main questions we must ask! Why did Rufio get sent down? Did he murder his kicker and offensive coordinator? What happened to Space Kraken? What's an Astrozenica? I refuse to answer any of them.

What I will answer are who is this season's Wildcats or Moors? Who's coming in and displacing a team? I don't think I can look any further than the shrouded man himself Shadow. The Sydney squad have been impressive and already beat the Wildcats last season. My other choice is also a repeat division as I feel everyone's second favorite elite band football team (shout out to the fighting Maynards) GnR will beat out the Panthers and Moors. Honorable mention to Scorchio's Thistle, but the schedule is just going to make it too difficult.

1. (14-2) Willemstad Bridges (2) Conference Championship
Thwarted by a dead QB in the playoffs, the Bridges return to the top of the rankings hoping for less death or less critical times for death.

2. (12-4) Salt City Pirates (5) 2nd Round
Pirates going all out again this season. Can they finally get past the Malones in the postseason?

3. (13-3) TigerCats (1) 2nd Round
Ticats chose a horrible time for a complete team meltdown on the quest for a repeat. They'll enter this season with a renewed chip on the shoulder in a very competitive top end AC.

4. (13-3) Home Malones (4) Conference Championship
Malones won't have to worry about making calamari this season. (They also won't get the coveted silver pothole trophy back either.) They'll trade blows with the Pirates, beat them in the playoffs then find a way to spectacularly blow it at the end.

5. (12-4) San Diego Blitz (8) Elite Champion
Team Steve couldn't find a way to win a playoff game until last season he couldn't find a way to lose one. A 21 season championship drought was ended and the last time he won he won the next 2.

6. (13-3) Raven Loonies (3) 2nd Round
Lost in the playoffs to the eventual champions by a last minute field goal. PJ has to feel he's close. The division certainly got tougher, can the Ravens repeat the Sea Devil dominance? Will the Sea Devils prevent the Monarchs from taking all the WC's again?

7. (9-7) The We Owe Rufio A French Beer Ducks (13)
The Ducks fell apart early in the season before a furiously successful end resulting in 2 trophies. Kanar will look to build off that success and push back into the playoff discussion.

8. (13-3) Peoples Republic of Yorkshire (6) AC Champion
"Last season's Cinderella team opens the season with the Lions to establish early alpha status. Can they repeat and take the next step of winning a playoff game this season?" They did way more than that! Making it all the way to the championship before running out of gas. This rate of improvement only means one possible outcome is acceptable this season...

9. (12-4) Motol Ducks (9) 2nd Round
"This is a crazy high rated team, joining a very deep division, with easier bonus games than his division rivals. Would not be surprised if they were not relegated." Not just avoiding relegation, but also won the division and a playoff game! Now they need to improve on that and make it to the conference championship.

10. (12-4) PR Chaser (7) 1st Round
A surprising 17-0 first half lead ended with an even more surprising overtime loss in the first round. No reason to think this team won't be in the middle of it again this season. Will Chaser have enough to steal the division from skeetz?

11. (10-6) Dumbarajko Elephants (12)
"This season he will have no Rufio bulletin board material, where will they get their inspiration?" They were inspired enough to finish with a good record, but couldn't beat the Squid and win a playoff spot. With no Rufio in the way it's back to fighting with Sea Devils for the last spot unless he can upend Steve while he's parading around.

12. (9-7) Chelt Nam Bobbers (14) 1st Round
Bobbers had a really down year but still didn't have competition in Dragons. Is this the year a team finally steps up to take down the king of Dragons? Not likely.

13. (10-6) AS Roma Wolves (8) 1st Round
Scratobones had a huge season topping both the Packers and Magpies on his way to the playoffs. Admirals is nearly as tough and he'll need to beat up the incoming Admirals to repeat the postseason.

14. (16-0) Sunrise City Prairie Dogs Sea Devil Champion
The Social security collecting rodents are back after a 1 year absence. ptdoc sold his super QB for a huge amount in his twilight years to jump start his rebuild. Based on his undefeated season, it's going well. Is it going well enough to overthrow the Ravens/Ducks?

15. (16-0) Letaidens Monarchs Runner Up
The Swiss make a second attempt at Elite. He'll need an incredible run and a couple wins against Monarch stalwarts Malones/Pirates to keep the Monarchs as the new Monarchs.

16. (15-1) Sydney Rising Stars Claymore Champion
Can Shadow go from D2 to Elite playoff team in 3 seasons? I'm not pushing that far, but finishing 2nd and avoiding relegation is absolutely a possibility.

17. (15-1) Hell Hounds Claymore Runner Up
Let's make it 2 Claymore teams in a row huh? The Hounds return just 2 seasons removed from a championship game appearance. They can't be heading back to D1 again can they?

18. (8-8) Highland Wildcats (15)
Might as well finish it for all the Claymore teams. "You can't really be relegating your darling team from last season are you?" I am. They really fell apart at the end and both incoming teams have shown they are ready to win big games.

19. (15-1) Free Agent Mascots Admiral Champion
The Mascots are just 2 seasons removed from a conference championship appearance. Admirals was packed last season and will be again for this one.

20. (7-9) Norfolk Heroes (22)
The Dumplings made an ownership change halfway through the season. They hung on to Elite status by beating the Attack dogs to finish the season. Can new management build off the late season success?

21. (14-2) Guns&Roses Dragon Champion
Had a solid season in the most competitive D1 region, but that's not usually enough for Elite success. They'll be competing with the Moors and Panthers to find out who will get to have an extra season in Elite to make a lasting impact. I'm thinking this is the team to win that opportunity like the Moors did last season.

22. (14-2) Glasgow Thistle Sea Devil Runner Up
I think this team will be pretty solid. Scorchio has been building up for a while now and should add another bit of depth to a very strong top end Sea Devils. The big problem is they have to play those top end Sea Devils now.

23. (7-9) Moraira Moors (16)
The Moors season was incredible. Lost 7 of the last 8 and it was still just enough to stay in Elite. They'll need to regain some of that early season for if they want to avoid being relegated.

24. (14-2) Ralph's Warriors Admirals Runner Up
So Ralph's warriors isn't even owned by Ralph. I don't know how gooroo acquired them, but they did alright last season knocking off Yashin's Lakers to get here.

25. (15-1) Torino Black Bulls Galaxy Champion
Don't worry Fumbl I changed your name for you. Cursed no more! Only losing to Pete before getting revenge in the championship, this team is eager to make a splash in their first season back since 37.

26. (14-2) Basterds Thunder Runner Up
Jetto returns to Elite after a short absence. Did the time away and rebuild effort allow him to his heights from the last run when he was a playoff team? First goal is to knock the Heroes back to D1.

27. (15-1) Maykop Dynamos Fire Champion
Alexshans is back again, every other season he gives Ticat/Chaser a run and I don't see this one going any differently.

28. (13-3) Bradford Bulls Monarchs Champion
The Bulls started the season unloading players and finished it with an improbable run to the Monarch championship. The Bradford magic stops this season though in the toughest division.

29. (15-1) Sacko Del Toros Fire Runner Up
The newest in the recent run of new fire challengers. Just one questionable game away from an undefeated season has them thinking they can compete. The firewall of Ticats/Chaser isn't going to be penetrated this season.

30. (15-1) 2020 - RETURN OF THE JEDI Galaxy Runner Up
The Allfather is back in Elite after an easy stint in the easiest region in D1. Will his extra time and rest prove helpful or is he still stuck in 2020?

31. (14-2) Panthers Dragons Runner Up
Panthers beat a couple previous Elite teams on their way to Elite, but new Dragons teams are rarely ready to make a splash in their first season. Best bet is to learn and maybe hang around for another season.

32. (14-2) Deflators Thunder Champion
IMGregory had another nice D1 season beating Rome in the playoffs and eventually the Basterds in the bowl. So why the bad ranking? The team is have some $$ issues and will not be able to add/keep the necessary players in order to make a legit Elite run.
