Playoff game 1
Hawks 48 Aliens 21 No, no don't laugh, be serious.............. ........The Hawks crushed the Aliens in a awesome display of Disney power football that would make Mickey and Donald proud. The Hawks defense had a feeding frenzy against the Aliens quarterbacks with 14 total sacks to leave them battered and bruised. This will live in the memories of all Aliens fans, especially when the opponents fans remind them every game. The Hawks will now play the Oilers in next Sundays final.
Oilers 28 Letaidans 21 This was a close game between 2 excellent teams. The Oilers took a first half lead 14 - 7, despite the gift baskets in the dressing room of chocolate and cheese. A second half saw both teams score 14 points and this left the Oilers to progress to meet the Hawks. The Swiss hospitality team need to do more homework as the forgot half the Oilers team are lactose intolerant. The Oilers will look to add another trophy to sit next to the season 43 one. Well I suppose at this time of year I need to be nice to someone so I will congratulate that other team whatever they were called (
 ) on the win. However, I have been informed by an independent Doctor, sorry I mean expert, that the game was technically fixed by the Hornets manager and cup organizer as the Aliens first down markers were set to 11 yards and those of that other team to only 9 yards. Friendly cup? Bah humbug!

As to the accusations of skull duggery by the competition organizers. I we have looked at the equipment used by the chain crew and found that they were using the correct chains for the game as authorized by the competition rules and regulations. The chain is made from high grade bungee rope with the allowed levels of tension, The gang of men who applied the regulated amount of tension in the game are now on holiday in my beach villa and so unavailable to comment.
I hope the concludes the accusations by the Aliens on the competition. |
