His stadium being built, I am not shocked to see, 1.5 millions for coaches. They will help to s e l e c t and develop YA players, draftees and first recruits.

@BlindLark, I have never had a 90% overall team and Kanar has a longer RZA experience than mine, his former team was my mith "The Red Star Goats", one of the team I tried to copy when I started...

I guess you can develop the team differently. If you do not buy any young players who will stay in your roster for all his carreer and if you do not count on your YA, indeed it is useless. But if you plan to have them and aim to developp some true gems from your YA, it is a worthy investment. |

Pointless curiosity:
3rd time is a charm (I hope!). Just got today the mail that my supporter account was expiring, so I decided to 'study' the two previous times I had played in this game to see what I do. I thought I had been BOTH previous times in Dragons. 2020, S37, yep... very short stint in Dragons 2. But, could not find my team in S07... because I was in... Sea Devils 2 !!! I had played there a whole season. Ironically, I chose Sea Devils 2 this time because I had a whole conference empty for me, with only 1 other human controlled team (but roll over came that night and took me up). But, I can learn more, I think, from playing humans! And is much more fun. I always tend to choose the divisions in other GM games the opposite way to what I did this time: the more humans, the better. Luck, by way of rollover, decided that here it was going to be the same. And yes, in case anyone is interested, I renewed the support account, and I intend to stay for some time! My way of playing means that I'll probably be happy with achieving playoffs. Not the type of player to really get RZA ready teams. |

It's still early in the season, but I think enough games have been played to make a few observations:
Both the AC and NC seem to have three favorites. - In the AC, we have three undefeated teams, and it seems one of those three should advance to the Bowl: Leeds Celtics, Devon Warriors and my Prairie Dogs. All three of us play each other in the regular season, so we will have a better idea how we pair up against each other before the playoffs. - In the NC, we still have four undefeated teams, but again, I only see three contenders for the Bowl (but Vlka Fenryka is a team to watch): Ghost of Bautzen, mystics and Glasgow Thistle. Ghost plays both of the top teams, but mystics and Glasgow don't play each other, but mystics and Glasgow have games against the top NC teams to help get a peak at some potential Bowl matchups. The AC North looks like a fun division, with no obvious favorite with Schrodingers Cats having financial problems. We have lots of new teams (and bots, unfortunately), but at least all of the human teams have tasted victory. Let's hope some stick around and add depth to our once super competitive region |

That used to be a great advice before Mediacenter and welcome gift pumped huge money into new teams I could build nearly half of my stadium with the welcome gift, so I can already start using coaches and bring in youngsters to have a relatively competetive squad next season. and yes, I am a returning player (however was not in SD my first time around) |
