Subs are quite easy, but hard to track.
You set the % of energy in the game setting. When a players drops below to level, he drops to the bottom of the available players and the other do rise. If a certain level is regained, he jumps back to his old sorting spot. Since this is all for all players the same way, the sorting does change regularly. The engine always s e l e c t top to buttom. |

If I pass out of a Goal line formation, who are my receivers? 2 WR's and 2 TE's? Or is there a RB or FB as one of the receivers? Thanks!

Okay, thanks. So does the game engine have different results, or differentiate, between Goal Line and SHG2? They both have 2 TE'S, 2 WR'S and 6 Blockers. The FB is in a slightly different place is the only difference. That and of course where the QB stands.

That and of course where the QB stands. yes it does. in SG2 the FB will be able to block blitzing LBs, in Goalline not for anything else, you need to ask the guy who did put in the code. With all the different factors involved, no chance to get that from game data However, that guy historically is a tough nut to crack when looking for detailed information  Last edited on 2023-02-20 08:22:27 by HH_KMN |

I am puzzled by "Min 2" for FB in the depth chart. Unless I am blind, there are no formations in RZA with 2 FB's.
Am I missing something important in the game mechanics? Like, for example, one of the slotback slots in the Flexbone formation in fact fielded from the FB list, rather than from RB. Or is it some kind of a "leftoever" from the beginnings of RZA (if the engine at first allowed more freedom for managers, later replaced by more realism)? No, it's just in case your FB gets injured during the game, somebody has to replace him. You can put a RB as backup for example. I don't believe there is OOP for that. |
