What is max. experience which can be reached in YA? Is it unlimited or 3.5 stars? You can train them up to 5 stars. All depends on how old they are and how many stars they have to start with. Then add half a star per season and you'll know where they will end up. |

What means that K and P can be interchanged?
That you can change position without decrease in moral and TC. Or that you can play P as K and P in dept chart without penalty. |

If you change position, you suffer a loss, if you are not in the free switch period. But you can play a K as P , P as K and even train a say OL on Kicking and play him as K on the depth chart, without a out of position penalty. |

Then add half a star per season and you'll know where they will end up. When you say, "you can train them", you just mean - as long as they stay in the academy, they gain experience? Is that correct? Just making sure that I haven't missed it how to increase player's experience by performing some action. I'm a little worried that actually it's not that easy. For example in the manual I couldn't find anything about experience gain of academy players in the Experience chapter, while in the Academy chapter it says that they play scrimmage games on the road, and that's how they gain experience. I haven't played any scrimmages yet. My understanding so far was that they are meant to test tactics, formations. But I'm suddenly worried if by not booking them I'm not sacrificing experience gain by academy players. I hope "they play scrimmage games on the road" is just the real life explanation, but from the game engine side - basically I do nothing except keeping these youth in the academy as long as I can Of course I am only asking about experience. Well, and team chemistry (in the manual they are both mentioned with regard to those away scrimmages). I do know that I need to set the training and to manually use extra training points for non-physical and physical skills. Sorry, it turned out much longer than I had planned. Thanks in advance for the clarification. Last edited on 2022-11-13 09:30:08 by jpnwrt |

As long as they stay in the acadamy they gain EXP and TC, they don‘t play game scrimmages, it‘s just wording.
If the EXP is high enough at the start they can get to the max, but realistic is 1/2 * per season inside the acadamy and a player starts with 1/2 * to 2 * at age of 16 and until 20 you have 2 * gain, since you likely not have a player full 5 seasons in the acadamy. Means, 4 * is quite good for a player from acadamy entering the senior roster. |

If a player has traits, can his skill go above 50 or 50 is an absolute cap?
