How much of a disadvantage would I be at trying to train up a QB that is 5* talent, but only about 33 Int? Only 16 years old currently in my academy, no talents.
I don't have much else going in the academy at the moment since I just recently started, but should I keep looking for a future QB, or for a first QB give them a shot? |

I would be a little nervous about that low of an intelligence for a QB. |

He's not really worth bothering with because the 5* talent won't come into play until a time when you'd ideally have someone much better. And at that point he'd be really expensive while still stupid. You'd probably want to shoot for 40+ intelligence to start and not worry about the talent yet if you're treating him as a decent placeholder while searching for your long term answer. |

When will his speed cap? If speed is 49 I would put him on OLB, although he has low INT. If speed max at 47-48 then a DL. |

Thank you for the feedback. Not sure yet about the caps, just picked him up as a FA off the transfer market for nothing. I'll just wait until he caps out. Will find out soon enough.

Back to my earlier question about QB and speed/agility/strength. I've seen some comments and builds that seem to show speed is more important than strength.
My question is what do you value more in a qb, speed or strength? |
