Well, I stand by that comment, too, that in a season or two, you will be competing for a spot in the Bowl.
I'm more surprised how quickly Holly has built a competitive team. Not too surprised by my loss as I'm playing a 21 year old QB. Lots of growing pains. My team has been winning despite him, but it was just a matter of time before the INTs would sink me. |

just had a quick glance at Holly's roster- every player from a different country which means he hit the FA market pretty hard to get competitive quickly. My guess is Holly's strategy is not to get to Elite league ASAP, but rather to set his team up for deep PO runs in SD1 for some seasons to build up a cash reserve before entering Elite. Just my guess....

Just my guess.... I am a competetive person and hitting the FA market is the only way to compete immediately. You cannot plan when to go to elite other than tanking in the playoffs which I will never do. Whoever gets promoted in our Conference will probably have the least talented roster in our Elite Division. I will just not push the skills to the limit in my first couple of seasons to build a small cash reserve but the start with prepaid mediacenter helps a lot. After more than 10 years and 46 complete seasons, the time has come for me to bow out. My will is no longer there, I've not set game orders for several months. I've just been logging in to check training, but even that has diminished recently.
Thank you all for the competition. It has been fun 
I won't be selling up, my team will be on autopilot though - as it has been for a while now.  |

Later I did learn that you can at least go 2 levels higher then Jonny and still be sustainable as he was so absolute conservative with his finances. Have fun at whatever you do with the extra time! |
