This is just game to be on the same page. For me is not logical that is more important (or at least many times) 1 point in strength or 2% than other skills which are represented in half or hole *. Nobody say that is not better or is not important to have any skill higher. When I developed the whole stuff the following thing was kind of the main road: Playskills make you executing things in theory (punting, catching, tackling, passing ...) Physical skills make executing things on the field. So a strong OL without blocking will not win trophies, and a high blocking OL without strength will not help you with anything but losing money. |

There we are on the same page. I use strenght 48 and 49 as example and is not far away from truth.
3.5* player with strength 49 will many times (enough to f... up season) beat 4.5* player with strength 48. The same is with speed for some other positions... If you weight skill as you like that is OK, but there is cut. 49 is worth to train, 48 is just trap... * don't represent to much, and the ones which win with less overall % didn't write any special playbook. It is just trap. The point is to spend years to find it, so the new ones without tip will not disturb older players. Not fun for me... |

Not fun for me... it would also be no fun, when the 4.5* player would always beat the 3.5 * player. Don't forget, in a single game there is an awful lot of random rolls involved and it should be. I have been burnt before from a horrible QB (+70% compl no picks) against my old team full of All Stars. Also remember the old Michigan St Spartans with 8+ Million Salaries throwing 7 picks to one middle of the pack CB. However, the engine produces absolutely reasonable results if you compile a big enough number of plays, you can for sure argue for single games having too much influence by random, but hey even JaMarcus Russel and Tim Tebow did win some games in the NFL And the engine must both serve the stats nerd / micro manager as well as the casual player |

What a sequence from my offense in last two minutes of Q2 and first five minutes of Q3.
1. Pass 11 yards 2. Interception (opp FG) 3. Fumble (lost) (opp FG) 4. Run 6 yards 5. Run 7 yards 6. Sack (end of half) 7. Incomplete pass 8. Pass 8 yards 9. Incomplete pass (punt after that) (great TD drive for opp after that going 69 yards) 10. Interception (opp TD) 11. Interception (opp TD) 20 point for opp team while progressing just 34 yards after interceptions or fumble. Beside those 7 minutes we had an equal game My new young QB just like Dusty South in his early age Hope he can develop like Dusty is right now Last edited on 2022-07-10 08:23:34 by Dumbarajko |

And only after 4 weeks we have no team without loss and just one team (excluding bots) with no win.
And what a week No 4!!!! Couple of very very very surprising results 😲😲😲 |

never again will I mention that Safeties have not much impact in this game
3 missed tackles equals 21 points. It can hurt when you start a SF who is not ready for Elite, as it should |

I was surprisingly pleased with my team's results today, especially after hiring a new quarterback coach 2 days ago. Not sure how long this excitement will last though....
