Could this be the reason - from the manual "New teams are pledging the full amount automatically during their first 24 real weeks of their career (48 RZA weeks) - without spending the money for it. During this time, they receive possible income from the Mediacenter as well if all other conditions are met. After this time the teams have to pledge." |

The forecast is very conservative.
You will earn money with friendlies on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday if you set them up, so depended on your current money amount you will eventually be over the 50. You have only roughly 2.5 mio in wages, so you should get through the off season much better than the more matured teams. Likely not making a profit, but at least it should be only a small decline in money on your bank account. And if even not, 50 is the max to gain max income. You also pledge less and you will earn just less, still more than nothing. |

Digging deeper into the numbers, I found this in the Mediacenter (about my own team):
Weekly: 2,500,000 Total: 22,500,000 45.0 % Now, "weekly" probably means what is usually called a week in RZA (because I see that 2 and a half mil income both on wed and sun). But we have 11 IRL weeks in RZA, equivalent of 22 RZA weeks. So why does it say 22,500,000, not - 45,000,000? Also, in the Forecast it says I can count on 5 to 20 mil per season from the mediacenter. I can't fit it in any way to the numbers above. I can, however, by assuming it's a 5 mil per 7 irl days times the number of weeks minus 50 mil pledge: 5 x 11 - 50 = 5 and 5 <= 5 <= 20 Is this indeed the right way of thinking about it? I.e., disregard "Total" pasted at the top (a leftover from old days? It seems significantly worse days, too  ) and use the calculation a couple of lines above?
