I can't catch a break this season. Before this game I had lost 4 games by a total of 14 points to 4 teams with a combined 18-10 record. Today's game was just brutal. The stats kill me. Fire sale soon to rebuild for d1 next season.

Well, if anyone had bet against the house, they would have done allright. My predictions, (based on my weighted PD ratings) came in just under 50%. Oh well, and back to the drawing board
This is a funny game though. Not sure why my team can play well against Bridges, Blitz, and Yoda, but sucketh against the rest of the field. Does anyone else find they match up really well against certain teams, and get owned by others? I feel like I see trends against teams I've played multiple times, but I don't have enough experience in the game yet to know if that's a thing, or just happenchance with insufficient data, as it were. |

OK, decided to try my PD predictions one more time and see how it goes, so for today's games: (The number is the line for home team. For those not familiar with betting lines, this means that a positive number is visitors win, negative is home team wins, so Brac wins by 13, SK by 8, etc)

Well, my oddsmakers did better this time, getting 8 of 13 predictions for winners correct, though one of those winners (Zombaes) didn't cover the spread.
Gratz to Spacy for picking 3 of 4 correct against the spread. And double-gratz for covering his spread; I was thinking it was too big! |
