Currently, in RZA, the players on the punting team are the offensive players.
However, in real life, the players who are on the punting side will tend to be the defensive players, as they will need to tackle the punt returner. |

I've noticed this too and thought it odd. If the punt returner breaks the first tackle, there's not too many people left with high tackle ratings.

I noticed that too, but i don't understand why.
Normally the setup applied for when we kick off should be the same when the other teams are returning the punt. And blockers used when we return the punts and when the other teams kicks offs. |

I disagree. Typically the punting team consists of 5 offensive linemen, 3 blocking back/TE types (to help protect punter and/or execute a fake), the punter and two gunners, which is how it is more less handled in this game

Either need to put those in or be able to put in your defense! |

But afterwords if the G doesn't do his part, we will need luck, and this is the part where the P need some tackling skill, because he is the last player who can stop the KR. My mistake ![]() |

In the NFL, yes the protect the punter, but in RZA is the punter in any danger? I've never heard of him getting blocked or sacked. Are those in play and I haven't heard of them? If not, why does he need protection?
