Are all bot teams created equal? There seems to be quite the variation in the scores i put up

Short answer, no. For example, if my team goes bot tomorrow, it retains almost my entire roster, which has some very good players. Whereas if a new team signs up, gets a roster full of junk players, and then goes bot, that bot team is stuck with that lousy roster

so good human teams that go bot you gotta watch out for them for a while. I usually scout the team page of the bot and look at player salaries. that tells you a lot about their strength. once in a while a bot is strong enough so that I leave my starters in.
a few seasons ago we had a bot beat a playoff-caliber human team and the bot was in the playoff race to the very end! Last edited on 2023-01-17 23:59:55 by JohnnyAce |

And don't pay attention to Bot vs Bot scores. Those games aren't actually simulated using the engine. Only games involving humans. I believe.

I guess the loss to Minnesota Axemen pushed Blindlark over the edge. Too bad, because he was building a really good team. Hope he decides to come back.

Perhaps But he stayed a full year in RZA from the 27-12-21 until 27-12-22. Maybe that is what he wanted, to play for a year. Tomorrow or saturday Hajdu Rebels will go boot too & we do have 2 new teams, but they just registered & didn't get their licence yet so i don't think they will stick around  |
