Yes. I saw that some managers didn't log in for some days. Perhaps they will log in today & see.
But even the Elite teams can join, they are also from Sea Devils.

For those who didn't get a chance to check & i forgot to mention.
The Sea Devils S50 Cup is in POWER MODE (ALL EQUAL), so team overall doesn't count that much.
