It lowers your PC level hard and one training with 90% PC won't be enought to get to 100%. |

I've actually used it before on a friendly, and there's no discernable loss in PC; a player who was at 99% before was at 99% after (if there were some decimal point differences, they were too small to detect). I believe in the manual it states the use of MOTY increases the amount of EXP a player gains for that game, so there might be a small benefit to using a MOTY in friendly to squeeze out a little extra EXP.

We should see what happens if Saker Falcons uses "relaxed" for CoC tomorrow. For science.
