Would it be possible to make the draft live-ish for those that wanted to be online for it? It would be scheduled to start at a certain time, and if a manager is not online, it picks immediately from their pre-selected draft board, like current, but if they are online, they have a green banner that shows up and they're given 3-5 minutes to make their choice, or again, it defaults to their draft board.
I don't know how many would take advantage of this option, but it would add a little more interest, I think. |

I am not saying that I support the idea but the live draft could happen at the same time that of the region league games.

The whole game was designed in a way so you can play it without the need to be online at a certain point in time. I would like to stick with that.

If the online managers can influence the draft by making live picks, they gain an advantage over the offline managers.

What about a time-delayed reveal, so managers can watch the players they want disappear one at a time. A little more anticipatory fun? Kinda like a game; the results are already determined, but every 5-10 minutes or so one pick is revealed?

And besides, I'm guessing most click to see their notifications first, which is an immediate reveal. I'm just trying to help the draft be more interesting... unless everyone else is thrilled with it the way it is. |

From a personal point of view: what is so exciting about the NFL draft? I was watching it once, and fell asleep. I though by myself, why does it need this show? And I came to the conclusion, it is just the NFL making money and gaining attention, but nothing game-changing. If the NFL could, they would play 7 days a week all year long ;/
