A message to all teams - take advantage of this exploit:
Just 1 formation needed - SG2 Pass 100% of the time - no run needed Throw Left/Middle and ignore the right Thats right your 48% rated team can beat a 83% rated team in a supercup game Unfortunately the side effect of this tactic is that it will likely ruin the enjoyment of the game for players (it has for me) |

Looking at the game, it doesn't actually seem to be such a world-beating tactic. Other factors seem to be involved as yes it resulted in 5 TD but also 4 turnovers - 2 interceptions and 2 on downs.
Definitely shows that the 3-3-5 isn't as effective as I would have imagined against a Shotgun 2WR passing offence. It would still have made me cross to see it though! |

This game engine ignoring player skill levels and team ratings is bull crap and does kill enjoyment. Engine has been lopsided to give generous outcomes to newer less built teams probably to maybe retain new managers. Like to have the 10-15 seasons ago engine set up. |

I am usually tolerant with strange results and still think the engine is pretty good, but it is hard to ignore such outcome.

Dumpling didn't do himself any favors by not scouting his opponent, which would have eliminated his use of running defenses but given the difference in team rating, not sure I would have spent any time scouting either |

The only thing I can say about it: when I was introducing Coaches Karma and tried to let it influence the sim engine, I was shot down not only with arguments, but kind of attacks even via PM. Now the commmunity has to deal with the burden out of it. Coaches Karma and the lopsided tactics detection where both flagging this gameplay. Imagine Coaches Karma WOULD influence the engine |
