It has been a very close match with my team being lucky at the end. while one 4th try of mine converted to give my ear some points, Vamos wasn't as lucky. 21-17. I am sure he will take his revenge later on this season.
Now it's off to Hamburg to meet St Pauli for the first of (at least) three encounters this season in the supercup. Quite a remarkable tough start into this new season. I like it ! |

lol Don't worry. The Weasels will be here for you on Tuesday. It will be the Weasels 4th straight 500+ ELO League matchup. Thinking of changing the team name to Michigan Punching Bags or something like that. It sure does make one hell of a difference to get a returning Elite team rather than a bot, or 2, in your division. We feel incredibly "lucky" to have this happen in both of the Weasels first 2 seasons. We can only go up from here! |

I don't know how many of you noticed, but new teams haven't joined this region in quite some time (the last one was before the rollover). I do believe that is because we have the 2nd overall ELO out of all division 1 regions, just a few steps back from Dragons.
So, i do believe that is great and we have great teams here, but it will also make it harder for new teams to join because the level of competition is harder. Also, we have 9 boot teams now, since Jaxinburgh SteelCats went boot  |

In both my team scored a little over 60 points and you had a FG in our last match. So, anything but a huge win for my team would be a surprise right ? For you this means nothing to lose. If you still have time, maybe try something you haven't tried before against my team with your PB. Maybe concentrate on one or two aspects on your offensive and one or two in your defensive PB and see if it helps or rather not. Good luck ! |

It's all good. The Weasels ELO score is rising despite the beatdowns.
I just wish I had picked a different sponsor or Division. Those 2 or 4 extra games against a bot(s) in your division are huge in your record and more importantly your team income. If I was truly optimizing everything for the Weasels we would be playing in a different Division and I don't want to do that. |
