For a certain length of time the media center is paid, I just noticed that my account passed the point where it was paid for me and is now asking me to pay.
1. to put in my 50 million now would be a complete waist. How ever it is unfair to the others in my league as it decreased the amount donated. My suggestion would be to once you are paid in it stays until the end of the season, not in the middle of it like it did to me. This I guess would have to be fixed during the season changes. |

The rule is 48 RZA weeks or 24 real human weeks, so i guess it's just the luck of the draw and the timing you joined the game.
If it does matter, you already made +50M from the Mediacenter without spending any money this season and your region managers will not be upset about you finishing the "free period" and wait until next season to pledge, i think. |

From game design perspective this is tricky I think.
If the suggestion would be followed, a new team starting early would get more than a new team starting late. Now to be fair on THAT you would need to adjust something somewhere. Like the income of the mediacenter, once the 48 updates are passed. In theory the drop of income for all others is not really severe, since this is not linear, it has certain steps. Of course if you drop a step, each team loses max 250k, but that is not that much I think. problematic could be a rush on new teams ALL sitting out their 48 updates and then falling out of the payment at once during a season, but how likely is that? So I think the current system is not perfect, but OK and remember, all other regional members do get a boost by the free payment for the past 48 updates. And that could also mean getting a step higher, from time to time. |
