Not sure rebuilds are easy at the moment
I get nothing through youth pulls and I'm struggling to find any talent on the transfer market. |

Every season i find at least 3-4 players in my YA with 50 speed or 50 strength. And i found players on TM that went to 50 strength or 50 speed. For the YA the scout projection really helps. Go for guys that scout says really strong or superfast and chances are prety high that they will go to 50, but sometimes they go to 47 (i also had that). And as for TM it's a lottery, you have to be lucky to find them. I have 3 YA players from last season that went or will get to 50 in speed as example. |

I am selling them so of course that means I do not count on them. But they are clearly Regional level (now or in a few seasons). |

I pretty much do it just the same except it doesn't tell you Intelligence. My scout is top level but I don't get any projection or opinion
I found it easy to build 3-4 seasons ago, I was picking cheap players up on the transfer market weekly, with strong TW, Intelligence and uncapped physicals Not so much now |

Intelligent enough to play ball (INT 10-35); 2. Might be intelligent (INT 25-40); 3. Really intelligent (INT >40); 4. Could be a smart add to your team (well here is a projection that is a lottery, They mostly come with INT over 35 and usually with 1 or 2 traits, but it doesn't happen all the time). Don't get me wrong, even in the first types, you can get a player with a trait. It's all about luck at picking the right one from those 7 players. For the 2nd part, i'm doing that also. Sometimes i was lucky, sometimes i wasn't. It's all about the try for me really. I really enjoy finding jewells on the TM, but just like in your case, i like them with high INT & TW, because if at some point i find better one, it could be an easy sale because of those 2 things. |
