Welcome to Season 54 of Sea Devils RZA Football.

So this season is the last I'm going to be competitive in some time... I'm spending WAY TOO MUCH. Basically, at the end of season, won't renew anyone who gets paid over 100k (maybe 1-2 exceptions). Will just put guys from the school to play in their stead :-)
And next season the same... I did put some players for sale, my best players, but don't think anyone will want them, as they are so expensive. Saw that I'm spending 4x what the winner of Sea Devils was spending on salaries. Will have to learn not to train everyone's Agility to maximum ;-) |

Let them go and need to look at how I train players as I've no money left. Constanta Ravens have a wage bill of just £2 million with a better overall rating than I have. My wage bill was up at £5 million |

My overall is a little overated. You will see the real one after week 1.
As for the players, yeah, HR Department is there for a reason so try and use it in the best way possible guys. This will be my last season in which i will still make a good profit, after that my team salary will start going up to. |

to me, any skill to be trained above 45 must be carefully considered, as the wage scale is exponential. going from 20 to 21 makes no difference. going from 45 to 46 can be a difference of 100k per u p d a t e (not exact but you get my drift)

My wage is at 8M... and yes, I do have players with 50, 50 in main skills and 40+ in agility...
