It's really shame to call this game even some kind of SPORT simulation.
Sport is about competition, especially if there isn't anything about big money. This is just SHAME. If somebody is interesting, in last season Fire forum everything is explained in details. Just for u p d a t e from this game... After 2 clean wins in regular part of season there is something to see: 2 interceptions, fumble, 80, 70 and 50 yard passes for TD. I wish long life to the senators... |

The game engine is tricky, you just saw in the NFL the Packers beat the Cowboys, so things like this happen. Last season i got my ass kicked in the divisional round and you don't see me crying. Like someone said at a point, when you are defeating great teams nobody says nothing, but when lose a game, the game is blamed for it. Instead of throwing dirt at the game, maybe you can tell me why you didn't play 4th down in the last minutes of the game? |

Sometimes this game can be frustrating, like real football, and it is what makes the whole thing fun. But when you punt insteae of doing a field goal attempt on opp 36 with 0.30 left, you can t seriously blame the engine. |

I don't blame basic engine since I win two times according it.
This is game concept on top of the basic engine for protection senators. I play 200+ official games, dozens against much stronger opponents (while was growing) and never experience this. 80, 70, 50 passes for TD and much more... It happened sometimes against All Star Team at max. level only. ...and 2 exceptions, yesterday and in CofC bowl game! FG willn't change anything since will be miss 101%. There is nothing here as in any sport competition. Senators create game rules but don't have sport spirit even in simulation. That is probably reason why in real life are miles from sport. Healing complexes by setting artificial hierarchy. |

Always this paronoid stuff on secret mechanics to protect some small amount of teams.
If you look at the teams winning and losing on highest level you see, that the names do change, regularly. Yes, there are teams, that win since ages, but maybe they are just good managers? But of course it's easier to make myself a victim than just accepting that the combination of luck and skill did not work right in some games. And funny is, if it's in my way, it's skill, if it's against me, it's bullshit. I guess that just proves, what many studdies did already show. |

It happened sometimes against All Star Team at max. level only You have never experienced this because from S49, since you joined, you bought 4-4.5 rating players and your overall got to 80% in a month. Once a team gets so high the games that long TD happens is rare, because of the high overall of the players, but they do happen. Combined with the 5-3-3 defense that you had during those long TD, it shouldn't be a surprise that once in a while, long TD can happen because of that. I may suggest you check your opponents once in a while and adjust that defense a little. Having a high overall doesn't always win you games, if you don't work on the playbook to. |

You gave up big pass plays while using a 5-3-3 defense against the pass. If anything, you're lucky you didn't give up more long TD passes. Also saw you had fumble recovery in the first quarter, so that neutralizes your lost fumble
