Expected loss of 90 millions this season, so I can afford it. If SC goes well, as long as CoC (but I got non bot team first round  ) loss can be smaller.

Yes, sure thing. It was just kind of a remark, a loud thought. When I see the roster bills of the most successful teams, not so many are too excessive, it seems.

Last season, only my team stayed from the newly promoted crop. I can see a few more teams accomplishing it this season:
Starting in the AC East, both TOOL and Jäger are both solid teams capable of avoiding a one and done visit, but it's a division that has two playoff teams from last season. So I won't say one of these two teams is going to stay up, but I wouldn't be surprised if one of them does. AC North, the Fargo Knights have been here before, and I think they knock out Glastonbury Grail Knights. But I think it will be neck and neck all season between them. AC South ain't changing but Diorite Lions and Saker Falcons are both really good. This looks like the toughest division to me with the NC South right there with them. AC West, the ChosenOnes are in financial straits, which should open the door for VenoM or Melittlemenon thepitchhitchin, and given M.t. won the Bowl at the end of the season, I'll give him the edge to take second in the division. In the NC East, we know the Ducks are going to get replaced and the mystics are the favored to do it as opposed to the Mavericks. No one is replacing anyone in the NC North, but that says more about the two sitting at the top of the standings than the new teams. As said earlier, the NC South also is loaded. The spend-happy Elephants could push someone out of the division and the Raspberry Bush won't be intimidated either. Could this actually be the season the Blitz goes back to Galaxy? I think at least one of the new teams survives and wouldn't be surprised if both do. Finally, the NC West is starting to look like it has it's permanent twosome (Bobbers and Sea Lions), so I don't think they get seriously challenged by their newcomers, but if I'm wrong, it's because I underestimated Pizti Beltzak. So I'm calling for a minimum of four new teams (Fire, Admirals, Sea Devils and Galaxy) to retain a spot for next season and would not be surprised if it grows to seven (Thunder, Galaxy x2, Dragons) |

Hopefully everyone had a good draft. Ours was OK. We added 2 defensive players and one offensive talent to our roster, all three of them with a trait and at least one strong physical skill.
Overall our roster is pretty much the same as it was last season, so we’ve gotten a bit better skill wise than we were last time. Thanks to a tough schedule this season, as I’ve mentioned before, it would still be miraculous if we manage to stay for another season when it’s all said and done: we play both Supercup-finalists from last season, one of them twice; we have to go to Raspberry Bush, the Zombaes and Melittlemen, have at home the Elephants, the Magpies, the Blitz... AND we have highly experienced managers as division opponents this season. If anything it will be a fight until the very end this season  |
