My 3rd pick was for a punter he has 50 on strength with a strong leg attribute, my other punter was 30 and wanted a little to much money to keep him on the team for next year, he is on the market if anyone is interested, he is good and will cost about 45k a week, not a lot, but the new kid will save me 35k a week and it all adds up.
I enjoyed playing in the Elite last season, though it was hard to compete with a team that needed to be stripped down do to finances. I still face that battle again this season as I was barely able to make the 50 million contributions to the media center. This year's goal is to be once again competitive and to continue brining in younger talent at lower expenses. I have 3 retirees that will help with next year's budget. |

Me too. Lots of points against my team in the last quarter again. I'll have to see how I can cope with that. Otherwise every game is open until the end. Not good for my nerves. I'll probably have to live with that for the next two seasons. The price for an age-related restructuring of the team. |

Serious, with almost no reserves in the bank, I think your combined wages for players and coaches are way too high. Especially the coaches wage is top 5 of all RZA. Sure, with deep playoff runs in League and Supercup this can be covered, but to be fair, you did not enjoy such results often in the past, right? Of course your team is yours to manage, just a friendly warning that you fall not into the trap of a negative balance, because then you need a big plan to crawl out of that hole. |

I have had more expensive couching in the past and I kept my players at their higher wage request, now I have to put some good players on the market and hire less expensive players, it is always a challenge as I never built up a war chest of funds to use. I think I will make a profit of about 10 million this year. Added to my early expenses this year was the depletion of goods in my fan shop, that I completely refilled.

The next game is against the Chicago Cubs. They tore the Doves apart in their first game of the season. 7 TD passes! And all of them were 60 yards or more. Since my team is constantly playing inconsistently, I'm curious to see how we'll fare. Should I prepare for the worst?

The Doves will fall BOT likely in about a week, if the owner does not come in earlier.
Because of the rollover he lost several players with no contract. It seems the team did play with a playbook, so on that side all fine, but I think their depth chart is a bit demolished and of course no one did look at their PC also. I think you will be alright. |
