I play a game and the playbook is not working. Many plays using Pro set formation, but I never wanna use this formation, I plan just with I-formation and goal_line-O, and some Shotguns on 3rd downs.

1. check in the setting, whether the playbook was in the setting.
you can see that under games -> Button 'view' and that match -> playbook section -> press button 'view playbook' to see the linked playbook.
2. Check inside the playbook with the checker, whether that situation was covered

Also, if the playbook is not the default "Standard" playbook, you need to set it in the calendar for each game separately.

this just can be a bug.

Well, I can give up of this game, if in the firsts week a basic tool dont work...

If you do not have an error or a hole in your playbook than maybe your coach changed the play. It might be a side effect of the little experience and consistency of your coach.

On very rare occasion it seems I've seen that happen with my books. Not recently though.

Have you saved a setting for the game?
If so, what does the game stats page say about the playbook coverage offense?

Check "Playbook coverage Offense" under "Team stats" from the match summary of your recent game against Blue Devils. If you have no holes, it should say 1.00.


Your first 2 Pro-Set plays from the Blue Devils game are not covered. When this happens, your coach selects a play based on your settings under "x down orders" on the match set-up screen. I didn't look at the rest, that seems to be your problem.

Maybe first learn the game. For example says the manual, your coach/qb do overturn the play. That happens as far as I remember up to 2% of the calls.
But check your settings and your playbook, before calling out a bug.

There is no need to find Pro Set in your playbook. You HC calls the shots when you don't have a design play in your playbook.
As example for 1st down in the 1st quarter you choose to play Goalline O, but only if it's a draw game or if you are leading from your own half from the 1 yard line to the 5 yard line. If you are behind this setting won't work.

If you wanted to play Goalline until the middle of the field, you should have put <95. The means from your own 5 yards line to the middle of the field. If you put nothing, that means from your own 1 yard line to the middle of the field.

From your own 5 yard line to the middle of the field you don't have anything put in.

From the middle of the field until your opponents end zone you do , I-Formation from what i see.

There are 2 problems here.
First, if it is a draw game, your HC will call the shots, because you don't have setting for a draw game.
Second, there are 2 settings for the same thing. One is for rushing with the RB if leading and passing if you are behind and the other is for rushing with the QB. The one above (rushing with the RB and passing), will always happen first and the other 2 (rushing with the QB) will never happen, because they are doubled and the setting above will always be chosen first.

I don't really know, because i don't have that in my playbook, but if "not leading" has draw game inside of it, we will eliminate that specification from what i said. But the yards, must be there in order to play only with your playbook.
