My team play bad every 4h quarter.

What happen?

Could be the PC, since here the Players start to fatigue more often.
Could be the substitute situation, since likely the backups and their backups enter more often because of the starters exhaustion.
Since you Build your team and you did buy a lot of FAs, the chemistry is likely Bad and that all adds up in the 4th.

So, get PC up, get TC up for all Players on the field and it should get better.
