Recap game day 4
Tests started to implement a playbook only for BOT oppenents. There will be some iterations to see what work well. Another goal was for young players to collect EXP and TC. Worked fine. Final score: BOT 7 @ 104 Ruhrpott Minors Greetings to BOT. Game day 5 After the play against a BOT Team we have to step up with our concentraiton and be on track against birney's weekenders. A win should be possible to reach. Taking the statistics into account it seems that they have a medicore offense, a bad pass defense but a superb rush defense. All the best, jonathan birney. |

Recap game day 5
Miners got back slowly on track against birney's weekenders. Some sacks and a inteception stopped weekenders offense. So we were able to get our offense running. Final score: Ruhrpott Miners 30 @ 6 birney's weekenders

New section (in case it happens): Game day 5 suprises Orono Ancient Snappers 10 @ 9 Paxtang Black Panthers Snappers could stopped supprisingly Panthers offense and win in a low score game. Game day 6 preview At the weekend did Miners met Black Habaneros in a frindly cup (power mode) and could win. This time will be fought for the confernce leadership. Can Miners defense stop Habaneros #1 pass offense? A high score game is promissed. All the best, Cupfer

The loss to Pikes, 1200+ ELO team, was expected. Still, we didn't succumb without a fight. At the beginning of the 4th quarter we narrowed the guests' lead to 4 points.

And just under a minute before the end of the game, another TD. Game over for the Black Panthers. Preview game day 7 The current series of the Orono Ancient Snappers is: alternately winning one game and losing one game. According to the series, it would now be time for a win. To be honest, my team does not perform as I wish and I did change the training back to my approach 5-7 seasons ago, but that will likely only take (hopefully) positive turns in 2-3 seasons (likely 2). Right now, every game is a lottery and often I lose, so I'm happy this game did turn out to be a W. |
