Here is the overall record of the teams qualified for the playoffs.
15-0 - 6 teams (4.7%) (this is the lowest percentage since the change). 14-1 - 27 teams (21.1%) 13-2 - 17 teams (13.3%) 12-3 - 19 teams (14.8%) 11-4 - 23 teams (18.0%) 10-5 - 19 teams (14.8%) 9-6 - 17 teams (13.3%) No 8-7 team has qualified in the last 5 seasons. Congrats to everyone who qualified to the KO round and good luck.  |

I'm playing the London Silverbacks for the 4th time this season ( 2 league, 1 supercup), so it's getting a bit repetitive.
 Edit: most recent game was yesterday in supercup!

First game's already played and can we say it's an upset? The Wookies continue to smash the big names and kick out the Free Agent Mascots, even shutting them out in the second half

I'm sick to my stomach. 3 passes by the opponent from Pro Set and they all go for long TDs, and every time our most experienced Free Safety misses the tackle. What's the odds for that
EDITH: And another one, this time from Wishbone, though. I just don't get it. Maybe I should not mind, but seeing this happening, and again my team failing to convert passes against obvious rush defenses along the way, throwing interceptions and losing fumbles while the opponent has no such thing happen... getting sacked and us not being able to sack the opposing QB ONCE!!!... all this should not stress me that much. But having invested 2 hours of time preparing for this game and then seeing everything go haywire is just... man... 
EDITH II: Another INT, 2nd&1 against 5-3-3 
EDITH III: And just for reference: The oppenent had 8 first downs. 8!!! Possessed the ball 36 % of the time. Rushed for 39 Yards. But had 4 Passing TDs of 60, 79, 61 and 55 Yards. In recent years, I've tried to use 5-3 and 4-4 defenses for definate runs, since both formations can stop the pass at times, but can also give up those long TD passes. Thing is that we have not had many TDs against single high defenses all season… I can recall only 2 of them in Supercup and League combined…. and having 4 of them in one game is just maddening. All the more as everything else I put into the defensive playbook especially for this game worked like a charm. It just feels unfair somehow, to have put time and thoughts and effort into this and then being punished like that. All the more reason, though, to take a step back and only do the most necessary things for a while. It’s just not healthy the way I approach this... |

I think we all feel your pain. It shows that you enjoy this game by the preparation you put into it, but unfortunately rough games happen.
Onwards and upwards my friend, I'll probably be making a similar post on Monday. |
