I recently traveled to Cincinnati, Ohio to visit a friend. While there, I infected him with RZA. His case is progressing quite nicely as he check in often. The problem occurred when he tried to bid on a player of mine that is in the market for 10k. He was told he couldn't bid due to being the same ip address. I can see the confusion when I was staying with him and on his wifi but now that I am in Michigan at home and he is still in Cincinnati, why the message?

Game might log your last so many IP addresses and check them versus the bidder. Not sure...only Pete probably knows for sure.

So I have to go log into the game on my phone, (rarely do I do this), from a bunch of different ip addresses?
Heck, all I did at his place was to log on to accept the Friday friendly from him. Now I have to go to the library and McDonalds and Starbucks just to clear our good names? I brought a friend into RZA didn't I? But now I can't ever visit him or anyone involved with the game. That ain't right. What has the world come to when I can't visit friends? Help -> Rules
If more than one team are using the very same IP address, all those teams sharing the same IP address are considered to be "one manager". It is not allowed to transfer any players between the teams of "one manager", and it is not allowed to lose on purpose if the teams of "one manager" face each other during League games, Friendly Cup games, Champ of Champions Cup games, or Supercup games. If such violations happen, there is no further warning issued and the involved teams of "one manager" might face financial penalties and/or permanent banning from the game. |

Rules are meant to be followed, even if they sometimes seem a bit unreasonable. On the internet, where time moves incredibly fast, a rule that was set up 10 years ago might be completely obsolete today.
Nowadays, tools exist to get around IPs that weren't available before, and it would be a good idea to keep things updated (the rules). I know it's easy to say all this while sitting on the couch at home with a Coke.  Last edited on 2025-10-09 20:56:56 by Quimriera |

I get it, but how long is this going to be in effect? Do I really have to log in from a bunch of different places? And if so, how many? |
