In my league happened
I lost a game against a human team which turned bot Now this team has a new owner and the "Wins" in the matchup shows him 1 win against me I thinks this should show correct and reset every time a team goes bot to zero and start again from new for new manager |

There are two opinions, and both are right. Someone could say the team won, not the owner... My Opinion:
First of all, this season is a liitle bit different, since it is the first season. But it will also happen later in the lower leagues, so it has to be thought about. I think it wouldn't be fair to keep trophies to a team, at least visible, since the new owner didn't do anything for it. But of course it should be part of the history of the league (not neccessary the team), who won what. Regarding the wins and losses during the season .... extreme examples normally brings a good view of the situation. 1.) Team wents bot before the first game ... all good, right? 2.) Teams wents bot after the last game ... unfortune, but also good from my point of view. Manager fought through the season and the wins and losses are his. It might happen, that this team wins the league, also OK from my point of view. 3.) anything between ... well ... until a certain point the team fought well and everyone in the league got their W's and L's. a) now it stays BOT. Should the team keep it's record (and also everyone who has fought against the human team?)? I think so, because it's still the same team, only now it's bot. Unfortune, but OK from my point of view. b) now it becomes a new team. Should it start from scratch? What should happen with the old games? All set to win for the opponents? From my point of view, it wouldn't be fair. This would result in a massive shifting in the league, if there are often switches in management. People would not always gain from a restart. Think about a team ahead of all, because it has won against all others. Always with a small margin, but all won. Now there is another team with all games won, except the game against the now new allocated team. And it won with bigger margins. By resetting the record, the second team will be unbeaten and will be first. Without doing anything ... So my opinion is: Keep the record. Beat them on the field. |

i think your trying to over complicate things. Trophies resetting if the team changes hands i accept and it should be so, but win loss records i dont agree with and cant believe your that precious about it. at the end of the day you still got beat by some team and this team still have a loss against them if you won and then it changes to a new owner.
