Which facilities are best of a new team? I kind of thinking of a wind tunnel and/or weight room...

I think it's:
1) Mountain to get PC up
2)+3) Weight Room or Wind Tunnel what ever you like more first.

Mountain I think is the most useful at the start. I built also sled to improve my linemen who were the weakest formation of my team.

Actually, I think improving coaches is probably the best bet to start out.

So do I. You get extra points for your Youth Academy as well, which is very useful in my opinion

First a manager should not improve coaches or facilities. I think the mountain is a must have, because it is cheap and increas the PC faster.

But an advice to all new managers, BUILD YOUR STADIUM and put as much money as possiblie in your stadium. If you have 20-30k seats you can build facilities, hire coaches and build still your stadium.
