I think the amortisation of stadium seats is to quick. For normal seats is is 7,5 games, for exclusive seats it is 5 games and for VIP it is 4,3 games.
The problem would be, that teams can bild up their stadium very quick and generate a huge income after a short time, but the wages could be very low for 3 seasons. To increase the prize for seats would be a solution but not fair for team which start now, because some teams have stadiums above 20000. So i suggest to make the seatprizes for stadiums with >40000 more expensive. >40000: normal: 750 exclusive: 2000 VIP: 6000 >80000: normal: 1500 exclusive: 4000 VIP: 12000 |

It is calculated on 6 seasons - after that you will need to work on your roster. It is wanted that you can grow your stadium capacity that fast.
