From the game engines perspective, is there a difference between a skill at 13.2 and 13.8 or are those basically just training sub-levels?

Manual/Training:
Example: A player jumps from passing 35.7 to 35.9 - he is not in the report if no caps are near or hit Example 2: A player jumps from passing 35.7 to 36.1 - he is on report, since he entered a new level of passing: 36 Last edited on 2011-10-16 17:07:04 by strepitoso |

In the engine, the decimal values are used, so 39.8 is better than 39.4

I was confused to see "new level", but good news that the decimals are used in the engine |
