The hints box tell me i have an issue in the Youth Academy about possible leaving of a Youngster from Academy and Team but i already used all my chances to can transfer Youngsters in the Senior Team.
I have to ignore the hint ? I will have other chances to avoid the leaving of the Youngster or i have to realize to had lost my money buying a Youngster already too old to staying in the YA ? |

I think you situation is, that you bought a 20 year old player. You had an open spot in your YA, so he enter the YA. If you have no senior tickets, you can not transfer this player to your senior rooster and the player will leave at the end of season the YA because he can not stay with 21 Years in the YA.

Well obviously i got that point but my issue is to looking a little further with "the boss" (PSTimpel ... don't shoot) to reach some kind of warning that can avoid a coach to make this error on transfer market istead nothing.

This is no problem of the boss.
Every good manager should keep an eye on his rooster and should know, what kind of players he can buy. He should know, that he shouls only buy a 20 year old player, when he has a senio ticket left or no open spot in the YA. |

There is one way to get out of that situation: upgrade your Youth Academy
Of course there is a downside: You have to have the money for buying the upgrade, and for covering the weekly costs |

Ok got the point now .... you didn't avoid totally the possibility of buying overage youngsters because upgrading YA can move that issue forward.
Is that correct ? |

But there is a little confusing thing with the youthpull, which I don't really got from the manual.
If I send a youthpull direkt to the senior rooster, I loose a senior ticket. I tought I will only loose a seanio ticket if i send a Youth from the YA to my senior team. May be you can give a better hint in the manual. |

IMO the manual does not tell that you need a ticket to pull a youngster into the senior team? What did you misunderstand here? |
