2 rounds left, the fight for a playoff spot looks like this atm:
AC East Bengals Udine - 14-0 Clinched division and ready for divisional playoffs. SteelCurtain & packer23s both have 8-6. and are holding the wildcard spots as runner ups atm. AC North Flying donkeys - 13-1 Clinched division and ready for divisional playoffs. Constanta Ravens 6-8 need 2 wins and lots of luck to reach playoffs. AC South San Fransisco 49'ers - 10-4 Clinched division and ready for wildcard playoffs. Angry pigs 7-7 & Houstonian texans 6-8, can still get a playoff spot. AC West Phoenix Firebirds 8-6 and spartans 7-7 are fighting to win the division! The runner up can still make the playoff as well. NC East Definetly the most competitive division in 2.2 this season! Berlin Raptors 12-2, Nuremberg Gladiators 11-3, New York Bulldogs 10-4 can all win division. They'll probably all join the playoffs. NC North The only division where everyone can win! MisLinces 7-7 is in the lead atm ahead of bajen 5-9. The winner takes it all. NC South Csepel Pirates 11-3 has clinched the division. Blindleia Vikings 8-6 has the possibility to reach wildcard playoffs, but only in theory. 2 losses by New York Bulldogs and a pd of 77. That's high odds! NC West Canopi Miners 10-4 needs 1 more win to clinch the division in theory. But pd of 177 to runner up. They can lose the last matches a lot and still clinch the division! Dinamo Riga 8-6 could reach the playoffs as division winner and best runner up. Unfortunately the odds are too high for this to happen. |

ADMIRALS 2.2 - POWER RANKING (after week 15)
1. Bengals Udine (14-0) = After clinching their division, they're on the road to win the league regular season... 2. Flying Donkeys (12-1) = The last one to compete for AC and league supremacy... Italians teams are rocking! 3. Berlin Raptors (11-2) = Wonderful victory against the gladiators... It smells good NC top spot... 4. Csepel Pirates (11-3) = The defeat against the Flying Donkeys does not put a hold on divisional playoff chances. 5. San Francisco 49ers (10-4) +1 Clinched their division. Time to be ready for Wildcard Playoff. Nothing more to gain right now. 6. New York Bulldogs (10-4) +1 One win ahead of a Playoff Qualification but surely one of he toughest schedules. 7. Canopi Miners (10-4)+1 They could clinch their division next week and hope for a comeback at one of the 2 firsts spots of the league. 8. .Nuremberg Gladiators (11-3) -3 Two straight losses. They lost the leadership of their division and will have to fight for the second spot. But they made it already to the playoffs. 9. Blindleia Vikings (8-6) = Third victory in a row. Heavy bet for the Playoffs. Seems hard but why not? 10. SteelCurtain (8-6) +2 It smells a playoff flavor... 11. Spandau Ballet (8-6) = A good finish will push their season further... 12. Dinamo Riga (8-6) +2 Second straight win but Playoffs seem unreacheable right now... 13. Phoenix Firebirds (8-6)-3 Still on top of their division but they must rebound quicky to avoid desilussion. 14. Spartans (7-7) +1 Hope for playoff is back... But for how many time? 15. Constanta Ravens (6-8) +2 They seem to show some potential for next season. 16. MisLinces (7-7)-3 Bad second part of season but no one does better in NC North. 17. Angry Pigs (7-7) +2 Renewed with success for a last ray of hope. 18. Packer Repeat (6-8) +3 Good victory over the Firebirds. 19. Rhine Fighters (6-8) -3 Maybe next year? 20. Houstonian Texans (6-8) = This season is never ending? 21. Araraquara NFL Zone (5-9)-3 Big defeat against the Ravens... Still to improve! 22. Osos Polares (5-9) +4 Solis success for the Polares. 23. South harbor (5-9) = Fought well against the Bengals. 24. bajen (5-9) -2 See you next year. 25. vvHardinxveld (5-9) -1 Loss after loss... 26. Gran Canaria Sharks (3-11) -1 Miners were too good for a third straight win. 27. Patrington Pitbulls (4-10) +4 The Pitbulls have some teeth again! 28. Biala Podlaska (4-10) -1 Progress were ruined. 29. Grigori (4-10) -1 Welcome home draftees!!! 30. Vipers (3-11) -1 New franchise for better results? 31. Great summaries above and great games in the last round.
As for tomorrow's matches I expect... - the Bulldogs to beat the Miners with their tactical variety, but not in an easy game. - the Gladiators to defeat the MisLinces, probably with lots of fieldgoals in the match. - the 49ers to win against the Crusaders with a great running performance. - and an overtime match with a winning field goal from the Firebirds. Good luck for everyone and avoid injuries! |

Queensland Crusaders @ San Francisco 49ers The 49ers are a strong team... Against a newbie, I can't see them losing! SteelCurtain @ Phoenix Firebirds SteelCurtain seemed to have the potential for a potential upset after a strong regular season win straight. New York Bulldogs @ Canopi Miners Can't bet against me!!! But it's gonna be a tough game ahead which could turn one side or the other on an interception/fumble... Wait and see... Nuremberg Gladiators @ MisLinces The spanish aren't good enough to be a real threat for the Gladiators IMO... |
