You have to wait until 24 hours before the transfer deadline and have chosen the salary contract with HR instead of salaries based on skills... And at this time you have a window at the top of the player profile to negotiate a contract

But you can not negotiate with a player <20 Years, because he will enter your YA, right?

This fact I know already. But the question is: On what I have to klick in this case. What is my to do, if I want to negotiate with him?
