I wonder a bit because realized a player bought just days ago has cap warning.
But when i scouted him he did not have cap warning. So i think it is because of low level 1 scout. But it is worth to get more scouts? Show more scouts also better quality on cap estimation? Any experience by somebody with 20 scouts level reports? Thanks for helping out! |

I've scouted a player with 50 speed, and there was no cap indicator on the scout report.
So I don't think Scouts give you that info. |

So is this the way by design of game not to show caps or is it a "bug"? If not whyt is reason not to show caps on scout reports because for sure there was some intention to do so. |

A scout can't know about...He takes a look at the player, sees he is at speed 40, writes that down. How could he know about the cap?
Wanted behavior |

I am most likely just going blind because I couldn't find in the manual how much further a player can be trained once I see the yellow exclamation point. Thanks!

A more solid answer - even not the whole truth:
Divide the Scoutlevel by 4, and you have an estimation of the difference in skill-levels Scout=20: Cap at 40: warning at 35 Please notice, this is not exactly what is calculated in the engine! |

Well I have level 20 scouts (I think the more information you have the better). I have one guy for example who got his yellow exclamation point at 36, so he should max around 40ish?
