I am so stupid. I was experimenting earlier this week with my depth chart and at the end took everyone off so that I could go through my roster one player at a time to evaluate them. I forgot to put them back in time for the relegation game. Crossing my fingers...damn.

Well I handled them easily. whew! The game you linked has the same terrible flaw I keep seeing games. In fact I won a game in the playoffs because my opponent did the same thing. They keep going for it on 4th down no matter what. For one they miss field goal opportunities. It works sometimes but not enough to justify deep in your end of the field. Easy field goals for someone who has good tactics.

The misconception here was, that you can beat a bot-team no matter what your tactics are.
