I have two guys who just had their 20th birthday today together..How exiting...NOT..
I have already used my 3 callups this season and now these guys i just spend shitloads of training points on will be on the transfer market in 2 days...I neglected to study this youth Acadamy rules properly... 
Oh, i guy has 4.5 stars talent and the other 4 stars talent.... Maybe i should try to sell them now! If i put them up for sale now, i mean right at this very funky minute, will i get the fee from sale when season rolls over???? |

You got another 3 callups for the ACTUAL season. |

My call-ups were already set back to zero.
Are you sure yours aren't reset, too? |

It's still a bummer that even as the new season starts, you have to use up your chances to move 20yo youngsters to your senior squad, yet you can still sign 20yo rookies to your youth squad.
Maybe this is a bug? |

No, much more kind of a challenge...there are two ways to fix it... 1.) enhance your Academy = more callups 2.) plan more...dont have too many guys having the same age in your academy.. |

Yes, but also can sell youth players who are 20 and cannot enter team due to filled positions...So train them and try to sell!

So you are saying if i upgrade my academy i can get more into senoir team?? i have been looking for that senario, but couldnt find it!

This is, what it says for my academy at the moment: "Your Youth Academy is at level 1. This gives you the ability to coach 13 youngsters at the same time, you can send 4 of them to your senior team per season. You can choose 1 out of 3 youngsters on your weekly youth pull. Your weekly maintenance costs are at $ 60,000. You can upgrade your Youth Academy to the next level by paying $ 1,000,000 once, and by raising the maintenance costs to $ 110,000 per week. Start the upgrade now! You used 0 out of 4 chances to add youngsters to your Senior Team. 3 players you have in your Youth Academy.
