Did anyone try to train 90% physical skills for whole team? Is it good idea or maybe better to train 50/50 all time(so far I did). But I'm thinking about turning to mostly physical training. What are your opinions?

Since your team is already 97% on PC, I would set training for your players on an individual basis, as each one has different training needs to benefit your team.

It takes more work, but will pay off. Suggestion:

-Set older player to train position skills (LB = 80 or 90% Tackle, etc.).
-Train younger players in Speed or Strength (Tackle 40%/Speed 60%, for example, or even 90% Spd/Str if they won't be playing).
-Only train PC when a player drops under 98%, or 97%, or whatever threshold you think is important for your team.

It's important to get PC up to a 95+% level, in my novice opinion, but I only worry about 99%+ PC during playoffs.

During most of the season you should try and focus on raising skills (imno).

I do 90% physical training since the start.

I will try to get my physicals to the max in strength and speed.

From the testing area, where I did the same also with agility, I can say it is NOT the best way to train. Speed and Strength I think are OK to train to the max, but I would not do 90% agility again.

Regarding PC. Please keep in mind, that with 90% and the right facilities you get up to 6-%7% in one training. So training PC with 98% PC already and then the 90% training is a waste of training.

And why not having it 50% each week? The result is the same if you look over a week.

Depend on type of facilities activated and easy maths its better to train 90/10 or 10/90 in exchange instead 50/50

Of course I have individual trainings. Thanks for the answers. I will try 90% physical training soon.

I train physicals of strength and speed first so I know what position will be best for the players. Wouldn't it suck to train that OL 50/50 with strength/blocking and then he caps out in strength at 35 while his blocking reaches 25?
