2.) Nice try, but I can't answer this question. There is a difference between "try and error" and just "posted by admin". I can tell: ACs won't influence "nice to have" skills like catching for CBs. The coaches focus on "must have" and "important too" skills...

These look the same to me ((other than the extra () on the Fitness points))

I thought (and perhaps I was wrong ) that Fitness training is currently calculated at a faster rate than Skill training. If so, then the information I copied above looks wrong. However, if currently Fitness training is not faster than Skill training, then I just completely misunderstood something from an older post, and we can delete this comment entirely!!

Only PC is going faster, and we will stick with this rule. But speed / strength / agility are at the same speed than kicking and passing as example.

People do not miss anything if they don't join the 3 weeks trial period. Therefore I don't think the time schedule is put wrong. However, let's see if there are more "complaints" on this.

Ok, i was thinking the coaches more general type and not so position specific - so thanks for make this clear.

So based on this information and as example "ST":

This Coach will coach Kicker = Kicking, Punter = Punting, Gunner = Tackling, KickReturner = Carrying (as example)

When i have also RB AC who is also train Carry, he but will not influence Trainingpoints of a KR when he is set on Carrytraining - correct? So there is no "cross-trainingpoint-transfer" to other Positions?!?

Second and i think last question:

11 coaches and each of them has min CP 51

11 * 51 = 561

But max AC CP we can have is 550 - so max AC we can hire is 10 out of 11 - correct?

1.) No, only coaches matching the position will add, no matter if skills are similar. If we would do that, there wouldnt be a need for having 4 different coaches for tackling (defense)

2.) right, this is what I meant in my answer to Odula when talking about 10 out of 11 ACs

You can hire HC from coming monday. You can hire HC and AC from 2nd of January. Their influence on training and the wages calculation becomes active on the 9th...according to the actual schedule. At the same time we will disable the old coaches, and payback the hiring fee... Clear enough?

1 is just question for to be sure but in this case you are correct because this is relative selfunderstanding

2 maybe just put in description a sentence on begin of AC explanation because it should make it more easy to understand.

My question is: does will remain the training page and the percentages Phisical/skills?
If I have a CB AC and I Choose Agility/tackling the AC cares what I choose or not?

I beg your pardon if the answer is already done but I tried to Understand also in the test site forum but too much pages and too much math for me
