Is it too late to rename my team? "Princess and Ponies" really has a -TOG- ring to it.

as admin I have to say "it is everyones right to complain - cool down pls "

as Peter I agree with you. Some people forget that this game is about developing a team, not buying it today and being the champ of the champs tomorrow.

I am afraid it is the way it is ... now let's see if we can find a solution that turns the RZA world into better.

As my typical level headed self, yes I should cool down. lol

As my jaded, aging man tired of the impatient youth of the world I agree with Pete. lol.

I think it's also important to add that as more teams join RZA then there will be a wider spread of players available. At the moment someone in the UK for example might have to get up at 4am to buy a player they want, but as more teams join over time players will be sold around the clock. Keep the transfer market as it is. Buying big players never works anyway...look at the Eagles and Cowboys

What this comes down to is those without complaining about those that have. Sure you don't have the cash yet, but you will. If you aren't willing to put in a little time here and there for a player you really want then that is either lack of dedication or just being lazy. Man up people. Stop crying everytime you think you aren't getting an exact even slice of the pie as everyone else. No, I'm not one of the haves yet, but I know I will in time. The pissing and moaning about "that's not fair" makes me want to puke. This is freaking football, not princess and ponies. Sheesh.

No, this isn't tongue in cheek, this is me tired of listening to the same people over and over complaining about "fairness" when really "fairness" to them is that they are exactly equal with everyone else.

not sure who this was actually aimed at or actually just a generalisation, but i will answer it anyway as my previous post hits close to these issues.

this isnt football its a game trying to simulate American football. some good ways some not so good ways but improving all the time.

the TM is flawed i dont remember reading anyone saying its unfair! everyone is in the same boat one way or another. I could splash out on the TM anytime i wanted without it worrying my bank balance and i could sit up and put some effort in for an all night vigil but i got better things to do, this is only a game and i dont need to be all gungho about it

my little pony in the post.

Wouldn't a blind bidding system benefit the rich teams? I foresee many complaints about unfairness in such a system as well.

Maybe there should be a ranking system for all teams in all of RZA. Then a waiver system could be implemented and the lowest ranked team could claim the wonderful players off of waivers. OK this is probably not feasible.

On the other hand, I am happy with the current system and haven't seen any suggestions that would really be much of an improvement.

Maybe we should limit the number of bids a manager could make on one player, at the same time we remove the limits on new bids. So each manager can place up to X bids per player, and the highest one gets it. By this, we could remove the deadline, and transfer the player if there are Y hours with no new bids on him.

Let's say X is 5, and Y 24...
