I skipped on CB, WR and QB coaches.
At this stage I think those are not very good investments. Too much rushing

I like your theory and I like Turtles.

I'm taking it slow and still have 154 CP to work with. So far I have filled OL, RB, QB, DL, CB, SF. Now I need to wait for a pair of 51s and a 52, or just pick up 2 higher quality ACs.

Pete, in which manner will increase the skills and the physical of the players of roles without ACs? No more training?

There is no AC coach:
CP <= 50 and this means the value for AC-CP-Formula = 1

Fitness points = Fitness training percentage out of ((random 25:40 + Teamwork + AC-CP-Formula)/2)

No, but training at a very poor level, as without the current available staff

I go without FB, SF, WR

My best coach is my ST coach cause a statistic says almost a third of al Plays are ST Plays

I got not the best HC until now so i will have some coachespoints if i go for a better one once my stadium is finished, so i will fill the rest of the Positioncoaches in 3 Weeks.

So now you will draft all these kickers and punters and will destroy us with field positions and amazing FG-distances.

I guess the other question is whether to go with 10 lower level ACs or 7-8 higher level ACs.

I think I might got with more and hold down salaries to start with. My hold team needs work...
