24 million right now, but 2 more isn't going to put me another 20 million. I can't imagine it will break 30 million.

QTurtle: Do this include also HC or is he included in Staff wages? ATurtle: HC cost is included in Wages Assistant Coaches - easy math STurtle: Rename this one

(near 3 times higher) Undecided: If it is good to have ingame advantage in a few position only but then in high level and disadvantage in all the other |

So you say that the annual coaching wawes of the Green Bay Packers is like the cost of a 100.000 seats stadium? Ok, this is only a game, but (imho) can not try to resolve a bug with anoter one. More simply: with this kind of wages, you destroyed the balance of the many part of the managers that have a stadium to build, while those who have already a full size stadium will have only minor budget issues with marketplace or player wages.
