My thing is I understand the high end coach being high prices your paying A+ coaching but for the bottom feeders getting paid each 20k-50k a week kills people in the early stages Of the game.

And question can I cut my staff with once I got my coaches in place to save some money?
Or should I keep the staff coaches as well.

The staff (concerning training) will be desactivated Sunday and you will get reimbursed for the sign in bonuses...

Wise words, which crossed my mind before I read them while reading some of the other threads.

As has already been said, patience. Do you NEED those coaches in the 1st few weeks? Will it hurt so much waiting until you have a 30-40k stadium before hiring them?

No it won't...

You are right.

First build your stadium.

If you have a average weekly income of around 2 Mio.$ you can think about hireing a HC and 1-2 ACs. But your focus is on building your stadium.

It is advisable to have a maxed out stadium before a complete and expensive Coaching staff.

Just to write in pictures

You find 30 friends on the street, and decide to start a football team. You get used to the sport, and people come and watching your game.

What would be the next step? Hiring Belichick or Tomlin? Buying -G.O.A.T-? Or would you try to earn some money first by building a nice stadium for the paying visitors, and a fanshop for selling all the merchandize stuff?

It is so obvious, isn't it?

You missed what I was saying.

The top coaches be expensive is UNDERSTANDABLE by ever means.

But the weekly wages of the coaches on the low end 50-55cp are 2 or 3 times what they should be.

But starting out you don't need to get them right away. Build stadium first. Same as the other coach system, you don't HAVE to get them when you start out. Starting out isn't about winning and losing rather it is about building for the future so that you can win.
