One thing to remember is that fajny has had a full season head start. But its all in focusing on your best players and game planning for them.

Official Dragons 2.1 Awards and Honors

Quarterback of the Year
This award is given to the top Quarterback who performed both in yardage and touchdowns.

And the nominees are:

Bryant Leigh - wildcats
Coby Clarke - New Jersey Gnats
Oren Fisher - Fenton City Bulldogs
Francisco Bunn - New Jersey Gnats
Rob Dortch - wildcats

And the winner for Quarterback of the Year is:

Bryant Leigh - wildcats.

With a league high 1885 passing yards and a solid eleven touchdowns Bryant was the driving force into helping the wildcat's become the top passing team in the league and helping them into their first playoff birth.

Receiver of the Year
Receiver of the year is given the receiver who managed to gain yards and touchdowns when given the ball through the air.

The nominees for receiver of the year are:

Lawrence Catron - wildcats
Louie Hanes - Houston 8-8s
Blake Bauer - Fenton City Bulldogs
Geraldo Rife - wildcats
Mikey Lowe - Fenton City Bulldogs

And the winner for Receiver of the Year is:

Louie Hanes - Houston 8-8s.

Even with his team being in the middle of the table in terms of passing, Louie found a way to break free of coverage and get the big yards when they mattered most averaging seven yards every time he touched the ball.

Ground Player of the Year
This award is given to the top rusher based on yardage and touchdowns.

The nominees for the Ground Player of the Year are:

Tracey Rosas - Dundalk Football Club
Karl Hamilton - Riverside Revenge
Aiden Mason - Land O' Lakes Buttersticks
Olgierd Wilczynski - FAJNY TIM
David Sanders - Dundalk Football Club

The winner for Ground Player of the Year is:

Olgierd Wilczynski - FAJNY TIM.

With a staggering 6.2 yards per carry and a league leading 96 touchdowns Olgierd helped to lead FAJNY TIM to an undefeated regular season and first round by in this years playoffs. Congratulations to both Olgierd and the rest of FAJNY TIM on an amazing regular season.
