I train different kind of players.
1.) Players with high Talent and min. one physical skill 40+ as starter 2.) Players with high Talent and min. one physical skill 40+ as backup, who can become the starter, if one starter retire or will be to expensive. 3.) Players with low Talent and great physical skills (45+), who will allways be a backup. I think it is ok, if a backup has "only" 35-40 in all important skills. I have a great youth in my academy with good INT and TW and 5* Talent. His strenght will be over 40 and speed a little bit under 40. |

All of you are training mainly the skills or the physicals? Last season I trained at 90% the physicals of my players, some of them are in the cap for the position and I don't know what I'm going to do this season, maybe decrease physicals instead the skills or keep it, I don't know.

I think you probably need to train physicals to determine the long term best position for players. That said, I've trained enough of the non-physical skills for my starters to be competitive.
