Are youngsters also added in TOP100 salaries calculation because I don't pay the weekly salaries posted in it?

WHAT!... I just looked at this... Either most everyone isnt in contract mode or this tab includes YA. I have a 50 man senior squad and my only high signings are the 3 draft picks...

At most I figured i'd be average with most anyone who has atleast a season under their belt.

Teams in contract mode have a green sign... You're high because you must have offered long term contracts for some players... But, it seems that YA are also on (which accounts for nearly 4000$ for me)

Personally, I don't have contracts going further than season 3

And teams without contract mode are only updated on season rollover... So, they will go up tomorrow in the rankings...

Yeah I offered most of my guys atleast to the end of season 4 but thats because I was under the impression that they'd take less if you offered the longer contracts. So in reality I should be paying less per finance u p d a t e than someone who offers their players a one year deal..

or do I have that backwards?

Nope, you pay more by week... However I will have to resign them next year and they will ask for more money based on their best skill improvement...

Each negotiation gives you the weekly salary... The longer the contract, the higher salary a player ask for...

Maybe on the long-term, you'll pay your players less money than I'll pay mine...

Thats right... thats right. They will ask for more per week if I give them longer. Makes sense.

I'm still throwed that i'm so high considering I have only 3 superstars (no franchise tags). I thought I did a pretty shewed job of talking numbers.

Wait until the season rollover and I think that you won't be even in the 30 firsts...

And if you have done a pretty good job on negotiating long term contarcts, you will only see the results in season 4 or 5...

Why is that teams w/o contract mode only rise during the season rollover? Do the price tags of their players not go up throughout the year or does the system not register it until the season rollover?
