1. Mack Brown, Texas - $5,193,500
2. Bob Stoops, Oklahoma - $4,075,000
3. Gary Pinkel, Missouri - $2,700,000
4. Mike Sherman, Texas A&M - $2,201,000
5. Turner Gill, Kansas - $2,101,200

The season has 26 weeks and you pay 22.Mio$ for you HC. Every NFL Coach is jealous.
