i was wondering, if for an example your player has tackle rating 50 and has the 5% tackle trait does this mean your players tackle rating goes to 52.5?

Also is it possible to have a trait that adds more than 5%?
if not it would be nice to add 10% trait or even 15% traits.

There is no limit in the skills, so all bonus points go on top of the skill value, even if the value is already 50.
