I got one of the two FB's I was looking for (Abdul Ibrahim). holmeboy got the other, and it seems they both have uncapped Str.
Monmouth took the QB prospect I was considering in the 2nd round |

Some of the picks were quite baffling.
I do give a little more weight to the younger players but even that doesn't explain some choices. Each to their own I suppose! And why is this being discussed in Season 8's thread?! |

Absolutely delighted. Another young FB with great physicals, str is yellow this time though, and he has ok int as well. He was in my top 20 as well!
Going to spend the year training their catching and I'll have 2 21yo TEs with amazing physicals, you guys missed a trick there... edit: Paradise Forever are having an excellent draft... I got another receiver with good speed. Now my roster is loaded with passcatchers. |

For a guy 20th in the second round I think 19yo with 40/44 is pretty damn good. Maybe great was a bit of an overstatement but he's certainly better than some of the RBs/KR taken in the first round imo.

Awful draft...
Picking earlier, but bad results. First day wanted a defenceman, got very good TE, so I was satisfied. But today I see my complicated rating system for draft candidates got totally fooled as guy with 64 total speed and strength passed thanks to his TW and intelligence... At least he has no yellow marks, so maybe he could improve physicals. |
